We recently made changes to VeriSource website to make it more cross-browser friendly, which is going to work with Internet Explorer without the compatibility mode. If you already added veriforce.net address to the compatibility view list or if you already turned on the Compatibility mode with VeriSource website (www.veriforce.net), some of the pages don't look like you expect them to–images might not appear, menus might be out of place, and text could be jumbled together. This might be caused by a compatibility problem between Internet Explorer and the site you're on. This can be fixed by removing the www.veriforce.net address from your Compatibility View list.

To remove VeriSource (www.veriforce.net) from the Compatibility View list

1. Close all Internet Explorer windows and re-open the Internet Explorer by clicking the icon on the taskbar or on the desktop.

2. Tap or click the Tools button, and then tap or click Compatibility View settings.

3. Under “Websites you’ve added to compatibility view” list, click on veriforce.net address in the list view, and then click Remove.

4. Click Close, re-open the Internet Explorer and login to VeriSource.

To remove VeriSource (www.veriforce.net) from the Compatibility View list

Method A

1. See if the Compatibility View button appears in the Address bar. If you don't see the button in the address bar, follow the Method B.

2. If you see the button, there's no need to turn off Compatibility View.

3. Otherwise click the Compatibility View button to turn off the Compatibility View for www.veriforce.net website.

Method B

1. Close all Internet Explorer windows and re-open the Internet Explorer by clicking the icon on the taskbar or on the desktop.

2. Press the Alt key to display the Menu bar (or press and hold the Address bar and then select Menu bar).

3. Click Tools, and then click on Compatibility View settings.

4. Under Compatibility View website address list, click on veriforce.net address and then click Remove.

5. Click Close, re-open the Internet Explorer and login to VeriSource.

To turn off the Compatibility View for VeriSource (www.veriforce.net) website

1. See if the Compatibility View button appears in the Address bar.

2. If you see the button, there's no need to turn off Compatibility View.

3. Otherwise click the Compatibility View button to turn off the Compatibility View for www.veriforce.net website.

Also by clicking on Tools menu and clicking on Compatibility View Settings, you can access to the websites you’ve added to compatibility view.
